In this tutorial, you'll learn how to use simple chat interactions with AI Assistant to search, organize, and enrich your content in Evernote.

AI Assistant is available for all users on Evernote Desktop and Web. Control which AI features are active in your account via Settings → AI features.

Generate note titles instantly with AI Title Suggestions in Evernote. Click an empty title to create one based on your note’s content. 

💡 Available for notes with at least 250 characters.

Use callout blocks to highlight key points, add context, or draw attention to important sections in your notes. Add them via the Insert menu or slash commands.

Multitaskers rejoice! You can now open content in a new tab and move instantly between notes, keeping your workflow uninterrupted. 

How to open content in a new tab:

1. Right-click a note from the note list 
2. From the … menu 
3. Right-click a kingdom (like your calendar or tasks) from the navigation menu on the left

Keyboard shortcuts:

1. Ctrl + Cmd + O to open the current note in a new tab 
2. Shift + Cmd/Ctrl + T to open a new tab (and jump to it) 
3. Cmd + W to close the current tab

🤩 Finding your most used note-taking tools on the go just got easier. You can now pin your favorite items directly in the Insert menu on Mobile.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Tap ➕ to open the Insert menu
2. 🔎 Search for your favorite tool
3. Hit the ⭐
4. Find them anytime in the Favorites tab ⚡

That’s right—you can now apply changes to multiple notes at the same time.

Simply open the ••• menu in the Mobile note list and press Select notes, and ✅ the notes you want to bulk edit. From there, with just one tap you can:

➡️ Move and delete notes
🏷️ Add tags
📶 Set notes to be available offline
⭐ Add notes to shortcuts
🔗 Copy note links

Available in v.10.152 on iOS and Android.

You can now choose to show or collapse your note list based on how you prefer to work:

• 👁️ Show the note list to see all your notes at a glance and switch between them quickly.
• 😶‍🌫️ Hide the note list to simplify the interface and create a cleaner, distraction-free layout.
• 🗒️ Go full-screen mode to maximize your focus on just your current note.

Shuffle between options by clicking the toggle buttons on the upper lefthand side of your note, or by using keyboard shortcuts (CMD+OPT+V for Mac, CTRL+ALT+V for PC).
