With so many inbound requests, we went back to the drawing board looking for a way to make sharing your suggestions even easier. Now, we're happy to introduce an official new Evernote form, built specifically for you to tell us what you’d love to see next in Evernote.

We'll be closing the Suggest feature option on this page, but rest assured we've backed up all your previous submissions and votes and will consider them in our product roadmap. Thank you everyone who has already contributed!

A quick note: The new feature request form is not a support channel and we won’t be replying directly to submissions. If you need help with your account or want to report a bug, please submit a request and select the most relevant category.

This month, we’ve been busy preparing for the release of v11. To unlock the power of the upcoming AI features, Evernote needs to index and embed notes. Federico explains what embeddings are and gives a sneak peek of the new AI features. 👀 We also released revamped slash command and insert menus, and there’s a new citation-generator tool available online.

🔜 Three new AI features to help you expand, organize, and find your content effortlessly.

Evernote has evolved significantly in the past couple years, and it’s going to change even more with v11 coming soon. We couldn’t release a new version without giving our beloved green elephant—that’s Mads!—a little love. We hope you like her new look, and we can’t wait for you to experience v11.

Last month, we focused on three major improvements. On Mobile, we integrated our new Search experience and introduced the ability to take bulk action on notes. On Desktop, we boosted audio recordings with a pause/resume button and the ability to switch notes without interrupting an ongoing recording. 

If it seems like fewer things rolled out in August, it’s because we’ve been working on something BIG in the meantime…🤩

That’s right—you can now apply changes to multiple notes at the same time.

Simply open the ••• menu in the Mobile note list and press Select notes, and ✅ the notes you want to bulk edit. From there, with just one tap you can:

➡️ Move and delete notes
🏷️ Add tags
📶 Set notes to be available offline
⭐ Add notes to shortcuts
🔗 Copy note links

Available in v.10.152 on iOS and Android.

With our new AI Meeting Note-taker, you can capture discussions directly from your microphone or browser tab. Plus, automatic speaker recognition makes it easy to track who said what, leaving you to focus on listening and contributing.

And if you don’t have time to read back through the entire meeting, not a problem. You can choose to include a summary with your transcription for easy skimming.
